The CD is suitable for PCs with Windows XP or Vista. It should be suitable for Windows 2000, but we have not been able to test this. The CD comes as a standard MS install CD, and it will install the search program as well as the database.
The database can be edited by users, to correct errors or to add later issues. Updates to the program or the data can be downloaded from our website, but when you copy the updated versions to replace your current version, you will of course lose any updates you have made locally.
