NAPE Membership Application Membership is open to anyone in any country interested in Exhibiting Philatelic material at FIP, National or local level Stamp Exhibitions, whether or not you are actually an exhibitor yet or not. There are no entry qualifications. Membership entitles you to all NAPE publications for the years for which you have paid the membership fees, including The Asia Pacific Exhibitor, a quarterly journal currently of some 64 pages each issue, some in colour. When our Journals reports on National or International Exhibitions, it reports the results for members of NAPE only.  If you have more than one exhibitor in your family they can each take out an Ancillary Membership at a nominal fee, so that their results will also be included.  Each Ancillary Member must submit a separate Membership Form.
